Decadent S’mores Brownies with a chewy cookie crust, rich fudgy brownie, gooey marshmallows, and a drizzle of chocolate.

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini marshmallows or regular marshmallows, cut in half
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form your crust.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips. Stir until smooth and let cool slightly.
- In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until blended. Gradually add the melted chocolate and mix until combined.
- Gently fold in the flour and salt, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the brownie batter over the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the mini marshmallows on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges look set. Remove and let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or drizzled with chocolate sauce and crushed graham crackers.
