Description

Deliciously seasoned beef and melted cheese encapsulated in a crispy tortilla, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder (to taste)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • Optional toppings: pickles, diced onions, and burger sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Press a small handful of seasoned ground beef onto one half of each tortilla.
  3. Cook the tortillas with the beef side down for about 2–3 minutes until the meat is browned.
  4. Flip the tortilla, sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef, and fold the tortilla in half.
  5. Grill both sides until crispy and the cheese is melted.
  6. Slice up your quesadillas and serve hot with your favorite toppings.
