Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder (to taste)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
- Optional toppings: pickles, diced onions, and burger sauce
Instructions
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Press a small handful of seasoned ground beef onto one half of each tortilla.
- Cook the tortillas with the beef side down for about 2–3 minutes until the meat is browned.
- Flip the tortilla, sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef, and fold the tortilla in half.
- Grill both sides until crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Slice up your quesadillas and serve hot with your favorite toppings.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze for a month.
