Description

Smashburger quesadillas combine juicy seasoned ground beef and melted cheese in a crispy tortilla, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder (to taste)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat your skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Press a handful of ground beef directly onto one half of each tortilla. Season well with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook beef side down for 2–3 minutes until nicely browned.
  4. Flip the tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, then fold it in half.
  5. Grill both sides until crispy and the cheese is melty, about 2–3 minutes more.
  6. Slice and serve with your favorite burger-inspired toppings or dipping sauce.
