- 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs and coat them well with the mixture.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve over fluffy rice and garnish with fresh herbs.
