Ingredients

  • 2 lemons (juiced and zested)

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
