- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 2 cups diced apples (any sweet variety)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon flour (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pie crusts on a floured surface and cut into squares, about 4 inches each.
- In a bowl, mix together diced apples, caramel sauce, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of each square towards the center and pinch to seal.
- Brush the tops of each bomb with the egg for a golden finish.
- Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Enjoy warm!
