Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 2 cups diced apples (any sweet variety)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon flour (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crusts on a floured surface and cut into squares, about 4 inches each.
  3. In a bowl, mix together diced apples, caramel sauce, cinnamon, and sugar.
  4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the corners of each square towards the center and pinch to seal.
  6. Brush the tops of each bomb with the egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
