A delightful one-pan dish combining fresh broccoli, chicken sausage, and creamy cheese tortellini, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs fresh broccoli, cut into florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 11 oz chicken sausage, sliced
- 16 oz frozen cheese tortellini
- 8 oz grated parmesan cheese
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: red chili flakes for a hint of heat
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400ºF.
- On a sheet pan, toss the broccoli florets with minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Roast the broccoli for 10 minutes, until it’s bright green yet still crisp.
- Increase the oven temperature to 450ºF.
- In a large bowl, mix the roasted broccoli with sliced chicken sausage, frozen cheese tortellini, the remaining olive oil, and half of the grated parmesan cheese.
- Prepare the sheet pan by drizzling it with olive oil, then spread the mixture evenly across it.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the tortellini is tender and everything is melted and golden brown.
- Just before serving, sprinkle the remaining parmesan on top for extra cheesy goodness.
Notes
Pair with a crisp salad or garlic bread. To store leftovers, cool completely, transfer to an airtight container, and refrigerate for up to 3-4 days.
