Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Take a slice of bread, roll it flat with a rolling pin, and place a sausage link inside.
- Roll the bread tightly around the sausage, securing it with a toothpick if needed.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Once the butter is sizzling, place the roll-ups seam side down in the pan. Cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove from heat and serve warm, drizzled with maple syrup.
