Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the crescent dough onto a baking sheet, ensuring it’s laid out evenly.
- Scramble the eggs in a pan until fluffy and set aside to cool slightly.
- If using uncooked sausage, cook it until browned, then crumble into small pieces.
- Combine the scrambled eggs with the crumbled sausage in a bowl.
- Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto the wide end of the dough and roll it up carefully from the wide side.
- Place the roll-ups in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
