Ingredients

- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 2 cooked sausage links, crumbled
- 2 large eggs, scrambled
- Shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out crescent dough on a baking sheet, pinching seams together.
- In a skillet, scramble the eggs and add crumbled sausage, mixing well.
- Spoon the filling onto the wide end of the crescent dough, and sprinkle with cheese if desired.
- Roll the dough from the wide end towards the point, sealing in the filling.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly, and enjoy warm.
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
