A quick and flavorful sausage and cabbage stir fry that’s perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 4 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sausage, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks until browned.
- Toss in the sliced onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onions turn translucent.
- Stir in the shredded cabbage and cook until it’s tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce, mixing well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to swap out the sausage for chicken or tofu. You can also add carrots or bell peppers for extra crunch.
