- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped

Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

- Next, toss in the sliced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion turns translucent.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage. Cook until it wilts and becomes tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes or soy sauce for that added flavor.
