Description

  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Optional: soy sauce or other seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sausage and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
  3. Next, toss in the sliced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion turns translucent.
  4. Stir in the chopped cabbage. Cook until it wilts and becomes tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes or soy sauce for that added flavor.
