Ingredients
- Fresh romaine lettuce
- Cherry tomatoes
- Red onion
- Bacon bits
- Blue cheese
- Avocado
- A zesty dressing (homemade or store-bought)
Instructions
- Wash the romaine lettuce and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large bowl.
- Slice cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the bowl.
- Finely chop the red onion and sprinkle it over the salad.
- Add the bacon bits and crumbled blue cheese for flavor.
- If using avocado, cut it into cubes and gently fold it in.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss everything together until well combined.
