A simple yet delightful side dish where cauliflower is transformed into a crunchy, cheesy delight with roasted Parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden and tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot cauliflower.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and crispy.
  7. Serve warm as a delicious side dish.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the amount of olive oil and cheese based on your preference. The garlic powder and paprika add extra flavor but are not required for a delicious result.
