Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage and slice it into thick steaks, about 1 inch thick.
- Brush each side of the cabbage steaks with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and your choice of spices.
- Place the seasoned steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
- Once crispy and golden brown, remove from the oven and serve warm.
