Description

Ingredients

  • 1 head of green cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or any preferred spices for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage and slice it into thick steaks, about 1 inch thick.
  3. Brush each side of the cabbage steaks with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and your choice of spices.
  4. Place the seasoned steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
  6. Once crispy and golden brown, remove from the oven and serve warm.
