- 1 head cabbage (any variety, green is classic)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional spices (garlic powder, paprika, or your favorite blends)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove any tough outer leaves from the cabbage.
- Cut the cabbage head into thick slices (steaks).
- Brush each side with olive oil and season generously with salt, pepper, and additional spices.
- Place cabbage steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for approximately 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
