Description

A comforting Ranch Chicken Casserole that combines tender chicken, creamy ranch flavors, and melted cheese, perfect for a busy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken (cubed)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup cooked rice or pasta
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, milk, and the cooked rice or pasta. Stir well until everything is mixed together.
  3. Fold in half of the shredded cheese and combine thoroughly.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Optionally, garnish with chopped green onions or parsley before serving.

Notes

Feel free to use rotisserie chicken for a quicker prep time. This casserole can also be frozen for up to three months.
