- 1 pound chicken (cubed)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup cooked rice or pasta
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, milk, and the cooked rice or pasta. Stir well until everything is mixed together.
- Fold in half of the shredded cheese and combine thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Optionally, garnish with chopped green onions or parsley before serving.
Notes
Feel free to use rotisserie chicken for a quicker prep time. This casserole can also be frozen for up to three months.
