A fluffy and flavorful garlic bread inspired by Raising Cane’s, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- In a small bowl, dissolve 2 tablespoons of sugar in 1/2 cup of warm water. Sprinkle the active dry yeast on top and let it sit until frothy, about 5-10 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Pour the yeast mixture into the flour, then add 2 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1/4 cup of milk.
- Stir everything together until a dough begins to form.
- Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead it for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the kneaded dough into a greased bowl, cover it with a cloth, and allow it to rise in a warm place until it doubles in size (approximately 1 hour).
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Once risen, punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
- Place the loaf into a greased loaf pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.

Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze slices wrapped in plastic wrap.
