Homemade pumpkin syrup that transforms ordinary coffee into a creamy pumpkin spice delight.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, and water.
- Bring to a gentle boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Reduce the heat and add the vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice.
- Simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let it cool before straining through a fine mesh sieve.
- Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
Notes
Use 100% pumpkin puree, avoid pumpkin pie filling. Regular granulated sugar works best, or substitute with brown sugar for a deeper flavor.
