Ingredients

  • 0.67 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (150g)
  • 0.33 cup whey vanilla protein powder (30g)
  • 4 teaspoons banana cream flavor instant pudding mix (sugar-free, 11g)
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened almond milk (10ml)
  • 3 whole vanilla wafers (sugar-free recommended, crushed, 14g)
  • 0.5 whole medium banana (sliced, 60g)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, protein powder, banana flavor instant pudding mix, and almond milk until smooth. Adjust the consistency by adding almond milk as needed.
  2. Prepare the layering ingredients by crushing the vanilla wafers and slicing the banana.
  3. In a jar, layer the pudding mixture, followed by crushed wafers, then banana slices. Repeat for about two layers.
  4. Chill the assembled pudding jar in the fridge for at least 15-30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Garnish with cinnamon or a dollop of whipped cream before serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
