Ingredients

- 0.67 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (150g)
- 0.33 cup whey vanilla protein powder (30g)
- 4 teaspoons banana cream flavor instant pudding mix (sugar-free, 11g)
- 2 teaspoons unsweetened almond milk (10ml)
- 3 whole vanilla wafers (sugar-free recommended, crushed, 14g)
- 0.5 whole medium banana (sliced, 60g)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, protein powder, banana flavor instant pudding mix, and almond milk until smooth. Adjust the consistency by adding almond milk as needed.
- Prepare the layering ingredients by crushing the vanilla wafers and slicing the banana.
- In a jar, layer the pudding mixture, followed by crushed wafers, then banana slices. Repeat for about two layers.
- Chill the assembled pudding jar in the fridge for at least 15-30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Garnish with cinnamon or a dollop of whipped cream before serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
