Ingredients
Scale
- 2 tubes of refrigerated pizza crust
- Garlic salt, to taste
- Italian seasoning, to taste
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sliced and chopped pepperoni
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) and prepare a large, lightly floured surface.
- Roll out each pizza crust, ensuring they’re plenty thin to hold all the goodness.
- Sprinkle garlic salt and Italian seasoning generously on each rolled-out crust.
- Evenly distribute the shredded Mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and chopped pepperoni across the crust, leaving about ½ inch around the edges.
- Starting from one short end, carefully roll the crust into a tight log.
- Using a sharp serrated knife or pizza cutter, slice the log into 1-inch sections.
- Place the pizza rolls on a lightly greased baking sheet and pop them in the oven.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and irresistible.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Leftover Pizza Rolls can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days. For freezing, store unbaked rolls in a single layer, then transfer to a freezer bag for 2-3 months.
