Instructions
- Cook the instant ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Pour the marinara sauce into the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet, stirring to coat them thoroughly in the sauce.
- Top the noodles with shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and diced bell peppers.
- Cover the skillet and let it cook for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving immediately.
