  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the instant ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Pour the marinara sauce into the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet, stirring to coat them thoroughly in the sauce.
  5. Top the noodles with shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and diced bell peppers.
  6. Cover the skillet and let it cook for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper as desired.
