Description

A delicious blend of sliders and cheesesteaks, combining juicy ground beef with sautéed onions, bell peppers, and gooey provolone.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp A-1 sauce
  • 1 tbsp steak seasoning
  • 4 toasted buns
  • 4 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until nicely crumbled and cooked through.
  2. Add the chopped onion and green pepper, cooking until softened and aromatic.
  3. Pour in the beef broth, A-1 sauce, and steak seasoning, allowing the mixture to simmer until it thickens.
  4. Serve on toasted buns, topped with slices of provolone cheese for a melty finish.

Notes

Consider substituting ground turkey for a lighter version or using mozzarella if provolone isn’t preferred.
