Instructions
- Spread pesto on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place a slice of cheese on the non-pesto side of one slice of bread.
- Top it off with the other slice, ensuring the pesto side faces out.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or olive oil.
- Grill the sandwich until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
