Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed.
- Transfer the batter to your greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the dish to cool completely before slicing it into portions.
