Description
Delicious pepperoni cheese crisps that are quick and easy to make, perfect for a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 40–50 slices of pepperoni (approximately 4 ounces)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional: Red pepper flakes, for a spicy kick
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses until well combined.
- Stir in the Italian seasoning and garlic powder. If you’re a spice lover, toss in some red pepper flakes at this point!
- If needed, cut the pepperoni slices in half.
- Arrange the pepperoni slices on the baking sheet in a single layer, leaving a little space between each slice.
- Evenly sprinkle the cheese mixture over each slice of pepperoni.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden brown; the pepperoni should be crispy.
- Remove the crisps from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. Transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature and consume within a few days for best flavor and texture. Reheat in a toaster oven or air fryer to restore crunch.
