- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture alternately with the milk, starting and ending with the dry ingredients.
- Gently fold in the diced peaches.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar with milk until smooth, drizzle over the cooled cake, and serve.
Notes
Using ripe peaches enhances flavor. Don’t overmix to avoid a dense cake. Let cool before glazing.
