Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Place the torn croissants evenly in the dish as the base.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissants, ensuring they soak up the mixture.
