Quick and flavorful Oven-Roasted Green Beans with garlic and parmesan, perfect for any meal.

- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- Juice from 1/2 a lemon
- 1–2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the trimmed green beans on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and toss in the minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
- Make sure the green beans are in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese evenly over the green beans.
- Roast for approximately 20 minutes or until lightly browned and the cheese is melty and slightly crispy.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice. Top with chopped parsley and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve while hot!
Notes
To extend the life of leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
