- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated parmesan, fresh parsley, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix thoroughly until just combined.
- Shape the meat mixture into meatballs, roughly 1 inch in diameter, and arrange them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and turn a lovely golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite sauce.
Notes
For the juiciest meatballs, avoid overmixing. Consider adding milk or Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor. Feel free to experiment with different meats or spices.
