Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices of cheese (American or cheddar)
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until fully cooked and browned (8-10 minutes).
  3. Drain excess fat from the skillet.
  4. Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Layer the cooked beef on the buns, add cheese slices, then place the top halves of the buns.
  6. Brush the melted butter over the tops and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melty and the buns are golden.
  8. Serve warm.
