- 24 Oreos
- 4 oz softened cream cheese
- 10 oz white candy melts
- 2 tbsp heavy cream (optional)
Instructions
- Crush 24 Oreos in a food processor or zip-top bag until fine crumbs.
- In a bowl, mix Oreo crumbs with 4 oz of softened cream cheese until cohesive.
- Form mixture into uniform balls, about 1-inch in diameter, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt 10 oz of white candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Thinning is optional with heavy cream.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted candy coating using a fork or toothpick, letting excess drip off, and return to the baking sheet.
- If the candy melts thicken, remelt them in 15-second intervals. Refrigerate coated balls for 15-20 minutes to set.
- Remove from parchment and drizzle with more melted candy or sprinkle with toppings if desired.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature cream cheese. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
