Scale
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup orange juice (preferably fresh)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch until smooth and no lumps remain.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the bite-sized chicken pieces. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown.
- Pour the prepared orange sauce over the chicken in the skillet, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Continue to cook for another 5 – 10 minutes until the sauce thickens and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
- Serve hot, ideally over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
Notes
Serve over rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds or sliced green onions. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
