A quick and easy one-pot pasta dish featuring chicken, cheese tortellini, and a flavorful spicy garlic butter sauce.

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 12 oz cheese tortellini
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (or to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the cubed chicken to the pot and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer.
- Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to package instructions until tender.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
Notes
Feel free to substitute chicken thighs for more flavor. Frozen or fresh tortellini can be used for convenience.
