Description

A comforting and budget-friendly one-pan meal combining tender chicken, savory garlic, and buttery noodles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp real butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by mincing the garlic and chopping desired vegetables.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Sear the chicken breasts for around 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add in the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Stir in the egg noodles, reduce the heat, and simmer for 8-10 minutes until the noodles are al dente.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat, mix in the remaining butter, and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Consider adding fresh vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor. Top with Parmesan cheese for a delicious finish.
