- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tbsp real butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by mincing the garlic and chopping desired vegetables.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Sear the chicken breasts for around 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add in the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in the egg noodles, reduce the heat, and simmer for 8-10 minutes until the noodles are al dente.
- Remove the skillet from heat, mix in the remaining butter, and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
