Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the melted coconut oil with honey (or your chosen sweetener), egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
  6. Use a scoop to place dollops of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
