Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water (110°F or 43°C)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and yeast.
- Pour in the warm water, stirring until a wet, sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for 12-18 hours until doubled in size and bubbly.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) with a Dutch oven inside.
- Lightly flour a work surface, turn out the dough, and shape it into a ball without kneading.
- Transfer the dough onto a piece of parchment paper and place it in the hot Dutch oven.
- Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing. Enjoy!
Notes
Store bread in a paper bag at room temperature for up to three days or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
