No Bake Turtle Mini Cheesecakes

Description

Delightful mini cheesecakes with a creamy filling, buttery graham cracker crust, and topped with drizzles of chocolate and caramel.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • Mini cupcake liners

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until it’s well combined and fluffy.
  3. Line a muffin tin with mini cupcake liners, then spoon in crushed graham crackers to form the base of each cheesecake.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture on top of the graham cracker crust, filling each liner about three-quarters full.
  5. Drizzle both chocolate and caramel sauce atop each cheesecake for that signature turtle flavor.
  6. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the drizzles for added crunch and flavor.
  7. Refrigerate for at least four hours, or until set.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days. Can be made two days in advance. Freeze for up to one month with layers separated by parchment paper.
