- ¼ cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
- 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the quick oats and mini chocolate chips. Give them a good mix!
- Add in the peanut butter and honey, then stir until everything is well blended.
- Scoop out the mixture and roll it into 12 balls between your hands.
- Place the energy bites in an airtight container.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for up to three months. For a crunchy twist, add chopped nuts or seeds.
