- 1 box lemon pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 container Cool Whip (8 oz.)
- 1 box graham crackers
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the lemon pudding mix and milk. Whisk until smooth.
- Fold in the Cool Whip gently until the mixture is well combined.
- In a rectangular dish, layer the graham crackers on the bottom. Spread a layer of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up, finishing with the pudding mixture on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow it to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy the refreshing tang of lemon.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding lemon zest to the pudding mixture or layer in fresh berries.
