Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups (255g) chocolate chips
- 1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups (120g) dried coconut
- 1 1/2 cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs (plus more for rolling)
- 1/4 cup (57g) melted butter
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (60g) additional graham crumbs (for rolling)
Instructions
- Mix the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until well combined.
- Gradually add the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips. Mix thoroughly.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for about an hour, or place it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes for a quicker option.
- Shape the chilled mixture into small balls about 1 1/4 inches in size.
- Roll each ball in the additional graham crumbs to coat thoroughly.
- Return the rolled balls to the fridge until firm, about 30 minutes to an hour.
Notes
These treats can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or frozen for longer storage. Experiment with different varieties of chocolate chips for unique flavors.
