- 1 1/2 cups (255g) chocolate chips
- 1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups (120g) dried coconut
- 1 1/2 cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup (57g) melted butter
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (60g) additional graham crumbs (for rolling)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until combined.
- Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for about an hour, or you can speed things up by placing it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
- Once chilled, shape small portions (about 1 1/4 inches) into balls.
- Roll each ball in additional graham crumbs to coat.
- Place the rolled balls back in the fridge until they are firm, which will take about 30 minutes to an hour.
Notes
For a richer taste, substitute dark chocolate chips or use lactose-free condensed milk for dietary concerns.
