A quick and delightful no-bake dessert combining chocolate, coconut, and graham crackers that is perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (255g) chocolate chips
  • 1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups (120g) dried coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup (57g) melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (60g) additional graham crumbs (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix melted butter with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until combined.
  2. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Chill the mixture in the fridge for about an hour, or you can speed things up by placing it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, shape small portions (about 1 1/4 inches) into balls.
  5. Roll each ball in additional graham crumbs to coat.
  6. Place the rolled balls back in the fridge until they are firm, which will take about 30 minutes to an hour.

Notes

For a richer taste, substitute dark chocolate chips or use lactose-free condensed milk for dietary concerns.
