Description

  • 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 ounces pepperoni slices, halved
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into individual triangles along the perforated lines.
  3. In a small bowl, set aside the shredded mozzarella cheese for later use.
  4. Cut the pepperoni slices in half to make smaller pieces.
  5. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe dish or on the stovetop, mixing in the garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil until combined.
  6. Generously brush the butter mixture over each croissant dough triangle.
  7. Place a few pieces of halved pepperoni on the wide end of each triangle.
  8. Top the pepperoni with about a heaping tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  9. Carefully roll each triangle from the wide end to the point, ensuring the filling stays inside.
  10. Arrange the rolled croissant dough on your baking sheet, giving them room to expand.
  11. Brush the tops with any remaining butter mixture for an extra layer of flavor and a beautiful golden finish.
  12. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  13. Once done, let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
