- 500g green beans
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse and trim the green beans.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Toss in the green beans and cook until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the miso mixture over the green beans, stirring well to coat evenly.
- Continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For a gluten-free version, replace soy sauce with tamari. Experiment with different miso varieties for varied flavors.
