Ingredients

- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g melted butter
- 400g cream cheese
- 100g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200ml heavy whipping cream
- 4 Kinder Bueno bars (plus extra for topping)
Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits in a bowl and mix with melted butter until combined.
- Press this mixture into the bottom of mini cupcake liners to form a base.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until soft peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Chop the Kinder Bueno bars and fold them into the cheesecake mixture.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling into prepared cups on top of the biscuit base.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
- Add extra Kinder Bueno on top before serving.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature cream cheese. These cheesecakes can be frozen for longer storage.
