Description

Delightful mini cheesecakes combining the flavors of Kinder Bueno and creamy cheesecake, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g melted butter
  • 400g cream cheese
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200ml heavy whipping cream
  • 4 Kinder Bueno bars (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits in a bowl and mix with melted butter until combined.
  2. Press this mixture into the bottom of mini cupcake liners to form a base.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until soft peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Chop the Kinder Bueno bars and fold them into the cheesecake mixture.
  7. Spoon the cheesecake filling into prepared cups on top of the biscuit base.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  9. Add extra Kinder Bueno on top before serving.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature cream cheese. These cheesecakes can be frozen for longer storage.
