Ingredients

  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Diced jalapenos
  • Cream cheese
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, diced jalapenos, garlic powder, and onion powder. Blend until creamy and well-mixed.
  2. Lay out an egg roll wrapper. Place about a tablespoon of your filling in the center.
  3. Wet the edges of the wrapper with a little water. Fold the wrapper over the filling, pressing to seal and form the classic egg roll shape.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Carefully fry the egg rolls in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove them from the oil and let drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

Notes

Don’t overfill the wrappers to avoid bursting. Test the oil before frying. Keep finished rolls warm in an oven.
