Ingredients

  • 1 cup mozzarella balls (ciliegine recommended)
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves under cold water.
  2. Skewer one cherry tomato, followed by a basil leaf, and finish with a mozzarella ball on a toothpick.
  3. Continue the skewer assembly until all ingredients are used up.
  4. Arrange the finished skewers on a serving platter.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
