- 4½ cups chopped cooked chicken
- 4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 (10.5-oz) can unsalted cream of chicken soup
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp dried onion powder
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed)
- 5 Tbsp butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and cream of chicken soup. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until they are evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the buttery cracker mixture over the top of the chicken mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Notes
For variations, consider adding vegetables like peas or spinach for nutrition, or swap Ritz crackers with panko breadcrumbs for a crunchier topping.
