- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, blend the cooked, shredded chicken with cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, chopped onion, minced garlic, and cream of chicken soup until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading evenly.
- Crush the Ritz crackers and sprinkle them over the top of the casserole.
- Melt the butter and drizzle it evenly over the crackers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute cottage cheese with Greek yogurt or crema.
