Ingredients

Scale
  • 4½ cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can unsalted cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp dried onion powder
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed)
  • 5 Tbsp butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until evenly coated. Sprinkle this mixture over the chicken layer.
