Instructions
- Cut each hard-boiled egg in half lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, crumbled bacon, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mash until combined.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with additional crumbled bacon and a sprinkle of chopped chives or green onions.
